8 min cardio

Bar bench press-medium grip 4 reps  – 10 times – 20kg

Dumbbell bench press 4 reps – 12 times – 10kg each

Decline dumbbell flyes 4 reps – 12 times – 7.5kg each

Incline dumbbell press 4 reps – 15 times – 7.5kg each

Decline crunch 4 reps – 15 times

My chest is numb after the training, cant even move the stirring wheel while driving.  But luckily still manage to control it.  Just a so so training.
