Dumbbell rear lunge 4reps – 12times – 10kg each, last rep 12.5kg each

Narrow stance hack squat 4reps – 15times – 15kg each

Leg extension 4reps – 15times – 27kg

Seated leg curl 4reps – 15times – 32kg

Seated calf raise 4reps – 15times – 12.5kg

Crunches 4reps – 10times

Tired!!
