Bench dip 4reps – 15times

Seated triceps press 4reps – 15times – 8kg

Lying close-grip barbell triceps press to chin 4reps – 6times – 5kg     -.-‘

Triceps push down – rope attachment 4reps – 15times – 8kg    -.-‘

Dumbbell one-arm triceps extension 4reps – 15times – 3kg    -.-‘

Dumbbell shrug 4reps – 15times – 15kg each

Crunches 4reps – 10times

 

I’m not satisfy with my triceps. Keep the good work!!!!
