Machine shoulder (military) press 4reps – 15times, 10times – 5kg each, 6.25kg each

Front dumbbell raise 4reps – 15times – 7.5kg, 5kg

Seated bent-over rear delt raise 4reps – 15times – 5kg, 6.25kg

Dumbbell shrug 4reps – 10times – 7.5kg each

Crunches 4reps – 10times
