leg extensions 4reps – 15times, 12times – 27.5kg, 32kg, 37.5kg

Seated leg curl 4reps – 15times, 12times – 37.5kg, 42kg

Smith machine squat 4reps – 10times – 20kg

Seated calf raise 4reps – 15times – 20kg
