Dumbbell shoulder press 4reps – 10times – 5kg each

Front dumbbell raise 4reps – 10times – 5kg each

Upright smith machine raise 4reps – 5times – 0kg

Support dip 4reps – 7times

Not satisfy with today’s workout. Very bad performance.
